Description
On June 15, 2024, Move4Life is back with the Township of Federalsburg to host the 2nd annual Build-a-Gym 5K (fka 5Ton-5K Festival) in Federalsburg MD. Move4Life’s events have been very impactful for every community we have served.
Your participation in this event will positively impact hundreds if not thousands of citizens in the Federalsburg Township and surrounding communities. We aim to complete our mission started in 2023 to outfit the local Federalsburg Activity Center with fitness equipment that will be available to Caroline County residents free of charge.
All participants will have their name engraved on a plaque that will be hung permanently in the gym area of the Activity Center.
The event is open to individuals of all ages, fitness levels and abilities, and we encourage everyone to participate. The event will be held at the 12-acre Marina Park in Federalsburg, MD.
Plenty of open space for tents, free parking, a splash pad to stay cool, and a sand volleyball court for laid-back fun.

The race will start in Marina Park, proceed thru Federalsburg Township and alongside the paved trail next to Marshyhope Creek, then back to Marina Park.

5K Walk/Run: Race Bib, Timing Chip, and Safety Pins, and SWAG
